Project Graduation registration packets are available in the school's main office and attached on the bottom of this page (please print 1-sided copies).

Pay attention to the tiered fee payment dates and amounts. $80 vs $120 vs $160 CASH PAYMENT ONLY PLEASE

Completed forms and cash payments will be collected in the school's main office.

Submit & email your baby photos of yourself by the final deadline of Friday, October 18th. Email to [email protected] (Mrs. Ozaki)

       Submission Guidelines:

             - Only accepting photos of yourself at 2 yrs old or younger

             - Photo must be scanned or saved in JPEG format

             - Choose a clear photo that can be easily copied onto our yearbook pages
